Bistro Paris is an ideal venue for private functions for groups of

30 to 50 persons with no room hire charge

(minimum spending may apply on Friday & Saturday nights)

for the winter season

 

Entrée

 

Double baked goat's cheese & fresh herb soufflé

on mixed salad with red capsicum & chervil dressing

 

Pan fried king prawns on fresh beetroot, witlof & orange salad

with creamed avocado mayonnaise

 

Sautéed snails in garlic butter on green zucchini linguine

topped with globe artichokes & almond emulsion

 

 

Main Course

 

Slow braised beef cheeks & seared eye fillet

with mushroom puree, celeriac & mushroom fricasé

and red wine jus

 

Pan seared Atlantic salmon fillet on braised baby lettuce,

with onion, carrot & speck fricasé,

beurre rouge & reduced Balsamic

 

Seared duck breast & crispy pressed confit duck legs

on homemade spätzle, with Jerusalem artichoke purée

and black cherries in Kirsh

Caramelised tuile cigarillos filled with apple custard

with cider sorbet & fresh apple julienne
